Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after purchase.

During periods of high order volume, holidays, product launches, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be longer. If a significant delay occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other factors outside of our control.

Domestic Shipping

At this time, Low Country Organics ships within the United States.

Order Tracking

When available, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has shipped.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Low Country Organics is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control.

Low Country Organics is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or marked as delivered by the carrier.

If you experience an issue with delivery, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly. We will gladly assist when possible.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the damage

  • Photos of the product and packaging

We will review the situation and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.
